Can't receive appointment notifications

If you are not receiving event notifications, please check the following items.

Make sure notifications for minical are allowed

1. Open the Settings app
2. (For iOS 18 or later) Tap "Apps"
3. Tap "minical"
4. Tap "Notifications"
5. Make sure "Allow Notifications" is turned on

Make sure minical notifications aren't turned off in Focus mode

Please turn off Focus mode or ensure that minical notifications are enabled in Focus mode.

Allow or silence notifications for a Focus on iPhone

When setting up a Focus on iPhone, select people and apps you want to receive notifications from during the Focus.

Make sure notifications are enabled for each calendar

1. Open the minical app
2. Tap Calendar in the top right corner
3. Tap the ⓘ for the calendar you want to be notified about
4. Make sure Notifications is turned on
