Can minical pro be family shared?

In-app purchase for minical pro is not compatible with Family Sharing. Please purchase for each Apple ID to upgrade to minical pro.

How to transfer minical pro to another device (restore purchase)

If you are signed in with the same Apple ID, you can restore from the purchase history.

  1. Open minicalMinical App Icon
  2. Tap the Settings Setting Icon button at the top right of the screen
  3. Tap "Remove Ads & Unlock Featuress"
  4. Tap "Restore Purchases" at the bottom of the screen

Unable to restore purchase

  • Open Safari etc. and check if your device is connected to the internet
  • Please make sure you are signed into your device with the same Apple ID as the one you purchased.
  • If the problem persists, please contact Apple.

About refund

Due to the nature of the product, refunds cannot be made after purchase. As an exception, you may be eligible for a refund if you go through the refund procedure with Apple support and the refund is approved.

  1. Uninstall minical from all devices
  2. Follow the instructions on Apple's support page (https://reportaproblem.apple.com/) to request a refund.
