You can share your schedule by synchronizing calendars set to be shared on various calendar services like iCloud and Google Calendar with minical.

Sharing Your iCloud Calendar

If you want to share your iCloud calendar, please follow the steps below.

  1. Open the Apple "Calendar" app
  2. Tap "Calendars" at the bottom of the screen
  3. Tap next to the iCloud calendar you want to share
    *If you want to create a new calendar, please create it in advance from "Add Calendar".
  4. Tap "Add Person" and enter the name or email address of the person you want to share with
  5. Tap "Add" (the person you are sharing with will receive an invitation email)
  6. (For the person you are sharing with) Tap "Join Calendar" from the invitation email
