Events I don't remember adding are showing up

If suspicious events you don't remember adding appear, you may have unintentionally added (subscribed to) calendar spam. Please be careful not to tap any URLs or links included in suspicious events.

Examples of calendar spam

  • Events titled something like "Virus detected on your iPhone" or "Security warning"
  • Events that include messages with links such as "Click here," "Check here," or "CLICK"
  • Events written in foreign languages (English, Chinese, etc.) that contain incomprehensible URLs or invitation links
  • Events urging you to provide money or personal information, such as "You've won a prize" or "There is a problem with your delivery"
